Domaine Chevillon, Pinot Noir, Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru "Les Bousselots" Côte de Nuits, Burgundy, France 2018North part of the Nuits Saint Georges vineyard; exposure: south east; altitude: 255 280m. "Les Bousselots" has a sustained color. In its youth, it is fairly austere, but over time the aromas diversify, evolving towards fresh leather and animal notes with fine balsamic and licorice scents.

AGING: Traditional aging times are respected
