Pork Shoulder - Bone In 3kgsPork shoulder piece, bone in and skin on. Roast for 6hrs on 110C oven or until fat layers have rendered and flesh gives when poked. For the perfect crackling only use salt on skin and not oil, and turn up the oven to 240C for 20 minutes at the end of your roasting time and rest for at least 15 mins before eating. Great pulled pork easily cooked in an oven or in a smoker, webber BBQ or pizza oven. Approximately 3kg piece, scored.
