Hillrock Estate Distillery Single Malt WhiskeyThis Hillrock single malt whiskey was hand selected at the distillery by Anthony Finley, Mike Weinman, Dan the Bourbon Man, Pierre Auguste and OJ Lima. It's made from estate grown malted barley that was smoked with Speyside Scottish peat for 18 hours in the distillery's malthouse. Unlike Hillrock bourbon, the single malt isn't solera aged.
